1) Check your connection status
Location: Bottom–right corner of MT4/MT5.

Green bars = connected to the trading server
-
Red bars = not connected
If you see red bars:
-
Left‑click the bars.
-
Click Rescan Servers to let the platform choose the best server.
-
Or manually select a server from the list and try again.
Tip: If you see “Invalid Account” in the status area, you likely entered an incorrect account number, password, or server.
2) Lost password?
Send an email from your registered email address to cs@bgifx.com requesting a password reset.
3) Login instructions (Desktop)
MT4 (Desktop)
-
Go to File → Open an Account.
-
In the search bar, type "blackwell" and click Scan.
-
From the server list, select
Blackwellglobal2-Live3. -
Choose Login to an existing account.
-
Enter your account number and password and click Login.
Once logged in successfully, you will see your account balance and live quotes.
Note: Copy and paste the server name exactly as shown to avoid typos.
MT5 (Desktop)
-
Go to File → Login to Trade Account.
-
Enter your account number and password.
-
In Server, use
BlackwellGlobalInvestments-MT5-Server(copy and paste the full name). -
Click OK to log in.
After a successful login, your account details and live market quotes will be displayed.
4) Login instructions (Mobile)
MT4 (Android)
-
Open the app.
-
Tap the menu icon (☰) → Manage Accounts (or Get Started).
-
Tap the ➕ icon or choose Login to an existing account.
-
In the search bar, enter "blackwell" and tap Scan.
-
Select
Blackwellglobal2-Live3as your server. -
Enter your login credentials and log in.
You should see your balance and live quotes after a successful login.
MT4 (iOS)
-
Open the app.
-
Tap the menu icon (☰) → New Account or Login to Existing Account.
-
Search for "blackwell", tap Scan, then select
Blackwellglobal2-Live3. -
Enter your account number and password, then log in.
Your account balance and quotes will be shown after login.
MT5 (Android/iOS)
-
Open the app.
-
Select Start without account or Login to an existing account.
-
In the server search field, enter
BlackwellGlobalInvestments-MT5-Server. -
Enter your account number and password, then log in.
After a successful login, your account details and live quotes will appear.
5) Troubleshooting
Red bars / no connection
-
Rescan servers: Left‑click the bars → Rescan Servers.
-
Try another server from the list if available.
-
Check local network/VPN: A weak connection, firewall, or VPN may block access.
“Invalid Account” message
-
Confirm the account number and password are correct.
-
Double‑check the server:
-
MT4:
Blackwellglobal2-Live3 -
MT5:
BlackwellGlobalInvestments-MT5-Server
-

Make sure there are no extra spaces when pasting credentials.
Platform not responding
-
Close and restart the MT4/MT5 platform.
-
If the issue persists, remove any recently installed Indicators/Expert Advisors, then restart MT4/MT5.
