What are the types of fees, and how are performance fees charged and calculated?

Trading signal/strategy providers charge two types of fees:

• Fixed Fee: A monthly fee charged regardless of trading volume or strategy performance.
• Performance Fee (PF): A percentage % fee that is calculated on a per closed trade basis, derived from the performance (profit/loss) of the trading strategy. This means that PF is only charged if the strategy generates a profit, while reducing the overall fee payable if the strategy generates a loss.
